Well here we are! Another week gone!
So this week, we made two trips to Concepción, which is a round trip of 3 hours, so a lot of time in buses! The first was on Monday so that I could get an eye appointment taken care of and so that Elder Medina could get together with some other missionaries. The second trip was because Elder Medina had a meeting with all of the other missionaries that are finishing the mission this cambio. It was fun to see all the trunky missionaries in one place at the same time. XD
On Thursday, we had a meeting where a missionary couple came and taught us some good teaching principles. We did it in the Church of Libertador which is a 40 minute walk, but it was good! Learned some good stuff there! :)
On Sunday, we were going to do a musical number as all the missionaries of our ward, and so my companion and I and the 2 sister missionaries, but we got there about 10 minutes early to practice, and it was really bad. On the spot, I offered to sing a solo of the Prophet's Prayer but to the tune of Come Thou Fount. The other missionaries agreed and I did it! I'm not sure how well it came out because I had a little bit of a sore throat, but I saw a few people crying and so I know it brought the Spirit. :)
Later on Sunday, we went to go sing the Stake Choir, and the pianist bailed at the last minute, so the chorister asked me if I could play the parts but separately. I agreed, and by the end, I was able to play almost everything! It was a lot of fun, and now I feel like I'm going to be able to learn piano in the mission. :D
This morning we played some soccer with another zone close to us. It was a lot of fun, but unfortunately the usb ports for this computer don't work so the pictures will make it to you guys next week! :D
Other than that, not much else happened! Our investigators both bailed for church on Sunday, but hopefully we can resolve any difficulties that they're having this week.
Have a fantastic week!
