CHILE 5 BOLIVIA 0!
So I forgot to mention last week. Our Mission President gave all of the missionaries permission to watch all of the games that Chile is playing in the Copa America. XD And on Friday, Chile knocked the socks off Bolivia! It was awesome! :D
Now a little about my new companion. Elder Ramos has a year and 7 months in the mission, which means that he will probably die in this sector after I'm gone. (THIS SECTOR IS A GRAVEYARD) He speaks Spanish better than he speaks Portugese at this point, but he has still agreed to help me learn Portugese if I help him out with English! :D It's going to be great! :D
So Monday night, I started to have a lot of pressure in my face, right where the sinus track is, with a bit of a fever and a pretty nasty cough. They took some blood tests and diagnosed me with a Sinus infection and "estado gripal complicado" which means a complicated state of a cold. :/ In this moment, I'm feeling back to 100%, but wow! This past week was a bit tough recovering from that!
So I heard that the first picture that Elder Medina posted on Facebook being back in Argentina was him with a plate full of steak and all sorts of stuff. XD Those Argentinians love their meat...
Other than all of that, I love this new feeling I have working with Elder Ramos. He's super diligent and tries to always do the right things. I know this cambio is going to be AWESOME and that we're going to be able to help a ton of people!
Thank you all for your love and support. Have a fantastic week!
