Hello everyone! It's good to be back with you guys after another week working here in the Lord's Vineyard.
So this week, I want to talk about a New Convert that is here in this ward. Her name is Eugenia, and she was baptized by other Elders long before I arrived here, but I still feel a ton of pride being able to teach and help her as she progresses. She has about 10 months of member, and she has already read the Book of Mormon twice, and is planning to head to the Temple in Santiago in October to get her Endowment. She is the perfect image of a person that is trying to be obedient to what God wants her to do!
So today is the Semifinals of the American Cup! Chile is playing against Peru, and I'll be watching! Hopefully Chile wins so that we'll have the opportunity to watch the championship! :D
So other than that, on Friday we had our last Class with Elder and Hermana Scholes, a missionary couple that are finishing their mission! They will be missed! On Friday night, the sisters in our ward had their first baptism in about 6 months so that was very exciting as well!!
And on Saturday and Sunday, I was able to participate in the Stake Choir. Chileans don't have the most wonderful of voices, but it was still an amazing experience! :D
And that's it! Thank you all for your wonderful examples, your constant support, etc. I hope you all have a fantastic week!!
Con Amor,
Elder Robertson
